Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@nextlevelgardening.tv with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
Exceptions
If a return is authorized for a damaged item, we will provide instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
